Excellent customer service. I sent 6 cameras in for a general service and cleaning. I received an email when the cameras were received, a call with an estimate and what would be done, suggestions on some things to save me money, and had my cameras back within 10 days from sending. Amazing!

Video One Repair is awesome! My a7iii needed to be fixed and I was a little worried to ship my camera across the country for repair, but now I’m so glad that I followed through with it! Sheryl and Sherman were very friendly and great with communication; letting me know when my camera arrived, what needed to be fixed, and when it would be back. Not only that but they were very quick to answer both calls and emails. Incredible customer service!! The repair was also very quick, and the camera was shipped back in a very protective package so it had no way of getting damaged in shipping. Absolutely amazing service all around, thank you!

Initially I was skeptical about shipping my camera off but the customer service was top notch. I was notified when the equipment was received. I was given an estimate before the work was complete. The repair took less than a week and was given a tracking number once shipped back out to me. They offer a full camera warranty. The entire process was great, start to finish. I sent them a dropped Sony a6000 which needed eyelevel finder either reset (relocated to original position) or replaced.

When you call Video One on the phone you get to talk to a knowledgeable person who in my case understood the problem in detail. I’d considered ordering the part and doing it myself, so I was able to discuss what was likely to be needed. We decided together what would be best. I sent it out and she did it.

It was returned nicely cleaned and perfectly repaired.

Just got my camera back (it wasn’t gone long). It works now. Video One Repair was extremely responsive and courteous, and the price was really reasonable. And they packaged my beloved camera even better than I had done when I sent it to them.

Highly recommend Video One Repair for anyone needing quality camera repairs and excellent customer service. I had an unfortunate accident when a gust of wind knocked over my tripod and toppled my Sony FX30 with it. The back housing cracked, and the viewfinder and hinge were damaged.
