Initially I was skeptical about shipping my camera off but the customer service was top notch. I was notified when the equipment was received. I was given an estimate before the work was complete. The repair took less than a week and was given a tracking number once shipped back out to me. They offer a full camera warranty. The entire process was great, start to finish.
