How To Ship Your Camera To Us
Follow these simple steps to make sure your camera arrives safely
Remove the extras
Take out the battery, memory cards, and any accessories. You can leave the lens cap and strap attached.
Wrap it up
Wrap your camera in at least 2 layers of bubble wrap. Secure it with tape so it doesn’t unwrap in transit.
Box it with padding
Use a sturdy box with at least 2 inches of padding on every side — packing peanuts, foam, or crumpled paper all work.
Include a note inside
Write your name, repair order number, and a quick description of what’s wrong. This helps us match your camera to your order.
Ship with tracking and insurance
Use UPS, FedEx, or USPS Priority Mail. Always insure your package for the camera’s full value — carriers can occasionally mishandle packages, and insurance protects you.
Send it to our address
After submitting your repair form, you’ll receive our shipping address. That’s it — we’ll take care of the rest!
